## **Solve problems that matter**

Seefar’s migration programme tackles complex global challenges by changing lives for the better. We deliver strategic and behaviour change communications through precisely targeted online and offline methods - combining creative content with a laser focus on what actually works. Today, our migration programme spans the full arc of human movement: supporting skilled Nigerians to move to Europe through legal pathways, designing digitalised return and reintegration services that meet people where they are, and implementing behaviour change campaigns that give people the information and support they need to make genuinely informed decisions. We remain a start-up in size and spirit, driven by curiosity and a bias for action. Are you ready to build what’s next?

## **Who we are**

Seefar Foundation is a social enterprise with a simple mission: to transform the lives of vulnerable people. Through programmes rooted in technology, psychology and behaviour change, we help people build the skills and confidence they need to make a positive contribution to their communities. It’s how we support governments in finding solutions to challenges around irregular migration, poverty, human trafficking, violent extremism, access to justice, and more.

Our exceptional team of over 100 consultants are problem solvers and innovators, delivering programmes for Seefar Foundation and high impact research and advisory for our sister company Farsight Global. Together, our organisations solve difficult, high impact problems for governments and NGOs across communications, digital, and research, monitoring and evaluation in Africa, Asia, and Europe.

## **Your Responsibilities**

1. **Strategic Communications (40%):** Develop and implement strategic communications campaigns across thematic areas such as migration, returns and reintegration, and livelihoods. Collaborate with the research team to ensure campaigns are evidence-based and tailored to target audiences. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in migration patterns, policies, and communication strategies relevant to migration.
2. **Social Media Management (40%):** Develop impactful social media campaigns across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Oversee the creation of compelling outreach and capacity-building content tailored to diverse audiences and cultural contexts across the target countries.
3. **Monitoring and Learning (10%):** Work with the Evaluation Lead to measure the effectiveness and impact of communication campaigns. Use data and feedback to refine messaging, adjust strategies, and report results. Provide general support to communications budgeting, and other tools to improve the efficiency of strategic communications campaigns.
4. **Supervision (10%):** Supervise and coordinate social media and communication field officers, ensuring consistent messaging and high-quality outputs.

## **Who You Are**

You're a digitally-native communications professional - sharp, intrinsically motivated, and energised by work that drives behaviour change. You're as comfortable designing an online campaign to reach migrants in Iraq, as stress-testing a Facebook funnel, and you thrive working across cultures, time zones, and platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in Seefar's strategic communications team, implementing behaviour change campaigns that shift how people think and act around migration - across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

**To succeed, you’ll need to be:**

- An experienced communications professional with at least four years delivering strategic communications or behaviour change campaigns - migration experience is a strong advantage.
- A proven campaign architect, with a track record of designing and implementing multi-channel, multi-language campaigns from strategy through to execution.
- Platform-fluent across Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok - you understand what works, and why, and you back instinct with data.
- Comfortable with evidence - familiar with A/B testing and data-driven optimisation, and able to translate campaign analytics into sharper creative decisions.
- A skilled content creator, able to develop storytelling and outreach materials for diverse audiences across different cultural and linguistic contexts.
- Champion of[ our values](https://seefar.org/values/): productivity, smart risks, feedback, humility, social purpose, grit, and learning.
- Master of the core competencies described below.

**Strategy development:** You develop communications strategies to drive behaviour change, from defining target audiences, selecting channels, designing tactics and tools, and building in evaluation from the outset.

**Digital fluency:** You're comfortable across social platforms, analytics tools, and content systems - and you pick up new tools fast. You solve basic technology problems independently - such as finding a smarter way to improve the reach of your campaign.

**Content creation:** You visualise complex migration data making it accessible for donor audiences, and are comfortable with AI content creation tools.

**Capacity building:** You create outreach materials and capacity-building content for diverse audiences across different cultural contexts.

**Stakeholder engagement:** You work effectively with partners - adjusting your approach and framing for each audience without losing the core message.

**Planning:** You're effective at helping colleagues and partners plan their online communications work.

**Adaptability:** You respond constructively to feedback, and the ambiguity that comes with working across complex, multicultural contexts.

**Sector knowledge:** You have direct experience working in migration or the development sector. You use this grounding to design targeted communication campaigns.

**Fluency in English:** You chair meetings with confidence and clarity, and write compelling copy- switching effortlessly between a donor audience and a beneficiary one.

**Multilingual:** An additional language is desirable - Arabic, or another relevant to our geographies.
